5 Months Since We Said No: New Provocation

Published on 8 October 2026 at 08:23

5 months since we said NO to Prof. David Kenny, one of those who started all this. We are deeply concerned by "The Piranha" recent publication.

This is not satire; it is a targeted, orchestrated campaign to humiliate and intimidate the TCD Law Student Colloquium. It contains personal attacks and threatening language that are deeply inappropriate.

"The Piranha" presents itself as a Trinity publication. We ask: what responsibility does Trinity Publications bear for material published under its umbrella?

The double standards are remarkable. Why is this "satire" directed only against us, while the School of Law or other influential actors in College are untouched? Are we just comfortable targets?

It is disturbing that this campaign continues with institutional tolerance, while our criticism is punished. We categorically condemn this hostility and intimidation.

The question is simple: Will Trinity Publications respond to this masterpiece? Or will silence be the answer?

More to come. Follow us.
